Sonic el erizo 3 tuvo su estreno oficial en Londres ayer, 10 de diciembre. Si bien las reseñas completas no se publicarán hasta más cerca del lanzamiento de la película el 20 de diciembre, las primeras impresiones están llegando a las redes sociales de las personas que asistieron a las primeras proyecciones. Año de la sombra está terminando con una nota alta, ya que varios críticos y fanáticos llaman a la tercera película la mejor de la serie hasta ahora.
Varias impresiones tempranas indican que, si bien Sonic 3 sigue siendo una película apta para toda la familia con los mismos chistes “vergonzosos” que las entregas anteriores, también parece que está hecha para los fanáticos de las historias más oscuras de la serie. Esto tiene sentido dado que se centra en Sombra el erizo, un personaje angustiado que ha sido SónicoEl pozo más profundo para el melodrama más inspirado en el anime de principios de la década de 2000.
Aunque me preocupaba la actuación de Jim Carrey como Doctor Robotnik y su abuelo Gerald, que podría retratar a este último como un personaje de broma en lugar del simpático villano científico loco que es en los juegos, los primeros espectadores dijeron que la historia del villano es sorprendente, sentida y destacada. El Washington PostGene Park dijo Hay más Carrey en esta película que los dos anteriores, lo que tiene sentido dado que interpreta a dos personajes que pasan mucho tiempo interactuando. Con suerte, esto significa que Gerald no es solo una serie de gags y que Carrey puede explorar parte del dolor que ha sido central para el personaje desde su debut en los juegos.

Pero Carrey como Robotnik es una figura conocida después de dos películas.
